The World & I

Haiz... We pple talking abt life after exams, life without school, abt work, abt xmas, abt gatherings, abt xmas cards & presents, etc... Yesterday was still having fun cooking in Tze's house and spending time with some of the gals... Yeah... den went home n my mum told me abt the tremors she felt. Tot it was juz one the tremors felt in Singapore due to some earthquake in Indon or Msia... Gosh... It was one in Indian Ocean.. 8.9 on Richter Scale...

Guess it lasted for only a few seconds, definitely not long... But Nature can be nice, but it can oso be cruel manz... The aftermath, ie the Tsunami, was disastrous, and the effects were irreversible. 5 metres! Juz imagine that!

Wanted to complain about my work which ended at 7.30 today. But shall not do so... That hard work is nothing compared to wad they experience. Yar, was juz so pissed with this stupid guy who was only concerned with his NS. Gosh... Idiotic selfish pig...

Oh ya... n wad's Zhang Heng's invention for.. u noe that thing to detect slightest movements in the plates to pre-empt earthquakes? i mean.. urgh.. okiez.. dunno if it's humans to be blamed for not being able to avert the disaster using modern tech to predict, or shud we juz blame it on the merciless Nature. N maybe we humans have sinned too much, and that disaster is to punish n oso wake us up?

With this, I'd like to express my heartfelt condolences to those affected in the countries around Indian Ocean...
