CHIJMES

Worked today and was juz slogging the whole day. Sheila and I had to vary the questions, which is almost like setting the questions, for the proficiency tests for maths for the kids entering TLL. That's a pretty fun job la... =)

But then, we also had to label the folders containing the handouts/ notes for our director's easy reference. Ok, besides that, we had to relabel the folders that lay on the table outside containing the Primary Sch papers. But that's to be done on Tue la.. Cuz no time.

Then, in total I did abt 1 hr 45 min of Paris Duty cuz today Paris opened earlier... Sianz... Simply hate doing Paris Duty... But it's not like I have any choice.

Then after lunch, happened to see JC, the director at the lobby. He signalled for me to come out of the lift and talked to me. Thot he had something to talk abt regarding the project. But it ended up that he was concerned abt my entry to university. He was assuming that I wanted to go to SMU. To him he feels that SMU is a good school. It's coming up strongly and is causing NUS and NTU much grief. I asked him which will he recommend, NTU or SMU, and of cuz he said SMU.

He advised me on how I should go about creating my resume from scratch. That was pretty useful... He advised to go into 1 CCA, at most 2, so I may go deeply into the CCA, and of cuz to focus on my studies as well...

Then, after I went up to the Project Room, he called us for a meeting. He was supposed to tell Clint about the format design, but he ended suggesting to me that I may want to try to set up a new CCA in SMU. He suggested that I can set up something like China Club or Shanghai Club to establish the contacts I'll need in the future... Hmm.. I mean that's a great suggestion, but then... see how la...

After work, went to CHIJMES with Qinghan to look-see-try, since we've nv been there. Then Brandon, Qinghan's "ahem" fren came, followed by Peiling. Quite fun to juz talk to them lorz...

Ate at La Cave and say Shirley, dancer from Nanyang. Heard from Janice earlier on that she's working there and quite highly paid sia...

The food there is not cheap la... But it's very romantic and it's sort of like paying for the ambience...

After that, we ventured into the church and saw that the place is nicely decorated, as if there were to be a wedding ceremony held there on the Easter Sunday.

It looked grand and very traditional. They had tinted glass of pictures of the gods and angels that Catholics believe in.

Qinghan was like saying she wishes to have her Non-Catholic wedding held there... Haha.. As if la...
